Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

  • Kanbino — the online project management application offered by Waypointer Digital BV (Chamber of Commerce: 99948710)
  • User — any natural or legal person who creates an account and/or uses Kanbino
  • Service — the Kanbino application including all features, updates and support
  • Workspace — a secured environment within Kanbino, created by or on behalf of an organization

2. Applicability

These terms apply to all use of Kanbino. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

3. Account registration

  • You must provide truthful and complete information during registration
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Use of the service

You may use Kanbino in accordance with these terms. It is not permitted to:

  • Use the service for unlawful purposes
  • Circumvent or disrupt the security of the application
  • Post content that infringes on intellectual property rights of third parties
  • Resell or sublicense the service without written permission
  • Cause unreasonable load on the infrastructure

5. Subscriptions and payment

  • Kanbino offers free and paid subscriptions
  • Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on your choice
  • Price changes are announced at least 30 days in advance
  • In case of non-payment, we may suspend access to paid features

6. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights to the Kanbino application, including but not limited to the source code, design and documentation, belong to Waypointer Digital BV. The content you place in Kanbino remains your property.

7. Availability

We strive for high availability of the service, but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We are not liable for damages resulting from (planned) maintenance moments or disruptions beyond our control.

8. Liability

  • The service is provided "as is". We make no warranties regarding suitability for a specific purpose
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid to Kanbino in the past 12 months
  • We are not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages or lost profits

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy applies to the processing of personal data.

10. Termination

  • You can delete your account at any time via the settings
  • We reserve the right to terminate accounts in case of violation of these terms
  • Upon termination, your data will be deleted according to our privacy policy

11. Changes

We may modify these terms. In case of significant changes, we will inform you at least 30 days in advance via email. Continued use after the change date constitutes acceptance.

12. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
